... just a quick question about images. I've tried to upload my images using the picture icon in Blogger. The images have been uploaded to my Picasa album, but don't show up in my blog post!! Anyone else having similiar problems. It's driving me nuts.

use the HTML seems to fix it - its working ok for me worth a try

Me too! I've been copying and pasting this morning which raises its own set of issues as copied images don't always behave in the same way! Hope they fix it soon!
