Up silly early .....
.... For some reason, I've been waking up SILLY early at the weekend - today it was 5.00am!!! Last week it was 4.00am. Don't know why, but the upside is that I have time to browse the Internet. I've even started to look at Christmas gift ideas!!!

Up early again? Don't worry I know how you feel, I'm struggling to sleep since I quit smoking and have recently developed itchy skin that actually wakes me during the night...
