Stamps: Impression Obsession - Almond Blossoms

Accessories: Watercolour paper; White Embossing Powder; Gansai Watercolours; Papers from class
Stampeddler, my local craft shop in Northville, offers a number of different classes and recently I went to a watercolour class. I don't play with my watercolours anywhere near enough, so this was a great chance to play. All the papers and images were provided and we simply had to colour them. I took the recent Online Card Class - Watercolour for Card Makers, but I didn't do much actual practise. I am really pleased how this turned out and will definitely get my paints out again soon.
I'm submitting this card to the current challenge at The Card Concept - CC#54 - taking inspiration from the photo with colours and spring flowers. I'm also playing along with this week's Addicted to Stamps and More! - ATSM#192 where it's Make Your Mark. I've not done the inside yet, but will get that done soon.
Tomorrow is the start of the Great Lakes Mega Meet in Novi - really looking forward to seeing what on offer and checking out some of the classes there. Next to dismantle the computer and hope that the PC guy can sort out my PC problems - see you soon.
Beautiful! I love your watercoloring!
ReplyDeleteYour card is beautiful. I took the Online watercolour card class too, but I've yet to finish all the examples for each lesson. You have inspired me to get my paints out again!
