Inks: Versafine - Onyx Black; Stampin' Up! - Raspberry Ripple, Primrose Petals, Lucky Limeade
Accessories: White Lustre Card; SU DP - Calypso Coral; Copics
I made this card by printing the digi image directly onto my card. I love the fact that you can size digi images to fit the card you use. I actually printed a couple of extra flowers as I wanted to layer the image. The colours come from an old Colour Q - cQc#176 challenge (I didn't play that week, can't figure out why, the colours are lovely).
I used Copics matching them as closely as possible to the Colour Q colours. I coloured the flower on the card, but it didn't work too well, so instead of layering (as was the plan), I simply cut out the one of the other flowers and adhered over the one on the card! Really pleased how it turned out. On the inside I cut a mat layer of design paper and simply stamped on some hearts - I've left a space for a message.
Our sponsor this week is StampArt Design and the winner of our challenge will get 5 free digi images - Kathryne has fabulous images. Our Guest Designer this week is Bonnie (Stamping with Klass), she is on our Wall of Fame and makes gorgeous cards, so do check out her card as well as inspiration cards from the rest of the team. I can't wait to see what you make! See you soon.
