... Good morning - it's absolutely freezing here - quite literally!! At the time of typing this message it's -19°C and counting in the wind chill factor it feels more like -29°C. Brrrr!!! And we're off to the Auto Show at Cobo Centre today - going to take more photos.
I told you that we went to the Ice Festival in Plymouth last weekend. Well I've finally processed the many photos I took. I've attached a few below, but if you want to check out all the photos cllick on the link here - you'll go directly to my Flickr account.
It's so cold here that many of the schools are closed, but at the moment that doesn't include Kathryn's school! The weathermen are giving lots of warning about making sure you're completely covered with hat and gloves and scarf! This is something we're really not used too!
That's all for now - I'll see you soon.
Poor Kathryn! Hope the chill doesn't get any worse - I think I'd be leaving the house in a sleeping bag!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos though and I guess it has to be that cold for the sculptures to work!

Bit nippy today! My hair froze walking across the car park at work this morning, it was -1F (-20C I think) when I got here. No joy on the class unfortunately, all booked up. Shouldn't have procrastinated!
