Remembrance Day ....

.... is observed in many countries around the world.  In the UK at 11.00am on the 11th day of the 11th month a two minute silence is observed - which officially recalls the ending of the first World War, but has become a time to remember and honour all those who have given their life in various wars and conflicts around the world.  We must not forget.

That's all for now.

  3. Deb what a beautiful card. Having grown up in Scotland I always remember Nov. 11th. I remember all the poppies we wore in our lapel. Thanks for sharing.
