- I'm married to my best friend, Jonathan, and he's very supportive, or should that be tolerant, of my crafting addiction!!! We have two wonderful children, Ben and Kathryn. I am blessed with a loving family and am surrounded by friends, both virtual and real-life. I believe in life-long learning and graduated a couple of years ago with a BSc in Chemistry. If I'm not in my craft room making cards, then you might find me reading, taking photos, or simply being with the family.

Rainbow congrats .....
..... Hi, I've another quick post to share with you this evening as I don't want to miss the deadline for submitting to the Make it Monday - MIM99 challenge, where the team would like us to use rainbows and repeats. I'm also submitting this card to the current CAS-ual Fridays - CFC85 challenge to make a card that celebrates an accomplishment and features at least one circle. I can safely say that I have more than one circle!!!
Stamps: PTI - Signature Greetings; Stampin' Up! - Circle Circus
Inks: SU - Raspberry Ripple (Scarlet Jewel), Primrose Petals (Autumn Rose), Pumpkin Pie (Canyon Clay), Daffodil Delight (Summer Sunrise), Summer Starfruit (Simply Chartreuse; Versafine - Onyx Black
Accessories: Clear embossing powder and card from stash
I used Palette 5 for my rainbow - matching the Papertrey colours as closely as possible. I used the multiple circle stamp from Circle Circus to make the background. And my Papertrey stamp is the Congrats sentiment - it is perfect for the CAS-ual Fridays challenge. I stamped the sentiment in Versafine and then heat embossed with clear powder - you can really see the shine in the picture.
This is the first time I've played along with Make it Monday as it's only since we arrived in the US that I've started to collect Papertrey stamps. I still don't have many, but I think I can now play along with Make it Monday.
That really is all for today. Hope you've all had a super weekend. See you tomorrow.
